Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Práce se zaměřuje na posouzení a vyhodnocení postavení osob se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce České republiky. Dále je zde nastíněn vývoj právní úpravy v České republice.
