Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá chronickou lymfocytární leukémií (CLL). V teoretické části jsou shrnuty základní poznatky o CLL, její patogenezi a současné léčbě. This bachelor´s thesis deals with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). In the theoretical part, there are summarized basic findings about CLL, its pathogenesis and current treatment. Furthermore, the work focuses on Chk1 (Checkpoint kinase 1) protein as a potential target of modern cancer therapy.
