Kvalita a rozsah čerstvých ryb nabízených v supermarketech

The quality and range of fresh fish offered in supermarkets
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na kvalitu a rozsah čerstvých ryb v supermarketech ve Východních Čechách. Součástí práce je provedený výzkum ve vybraných supermarketech. Ze zjištěných poznatků lze říci, že čerstvých ryb je na trhu nedostatek a kvalita je ve většině případů přímo úměrná ceně.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on the quality and range of fresh fish in supermarkets in East Bohemia. Part of the work is the research done in selected supermarkets. From the findings we can say that there is not enough of fresh fish on the market and quality is in most cases directly proportional to the price.
