Abstract:

Práce se zabývá dělbou péče o děti do jednoho roku věku v české heterosexuální rodině. Zaměřuje se na analýzu gender rolí v soukromé sféře, dělbu práce v domácnosti nebo na odlišnosti ženského a mužského vidění soukromé sféry. Teoretickým východiskem jsou genderové koncepty Harding, West a Zimmermann, Gatrell, Fox, Rosenberg, Luxton či Coltrane. Cílem práce je odpovědět na otázku, zda dochází v současné české rodině ke genderově vyrovnanější dělbě rodičovských rolí v péči o malé děti. Prostřednictvím metody 3R je nejprve (reprezentation) popisováno genderové zastoupení, kolik žen a kolik mužů pečuje v rodině o malé děti, v jaké míře a v jakých aktivitách a kdo má celkovou zodpovědnost za péči o děti v rodině. Další část (resources) analyzuje alokaci času, prostoru, finančních zdrojů a informací v péči o malé děti. Ve třetí oblasti je zkoumána praxe (reality), je v ní popsáno subjektivní vnímání matek a otců na podíl své péče o děti, genderové nerovnosti v této oblasti a situace v rodinách, kde probíhá péče sdílená.

Abstract:

The work deals with the division of childcare within one year of age in the Czech heterosexual family. It focuses on the analysis of gender roles in the private sector, the division of labor in the home or on the differences of male and female vision of the private sector. The theoretical starting point is the concept of gender Harding, West a Zimmermann, Gatrell, Fox, Rosenberg, Luxton or Coltrane. The aim of this work is to answer the question whether there is currently a family of Czech gender-balanced division of parental roles in caring for babies. Through the method of 3R is described gender representation, how much of women and how much of men in the family cares for babies, the extent and in what activities and who has overall responsibility for the care of children in the family. Another section (Resources) analyzes the allocation of time, space, financial resources and information on caring for babies. The third area examined is reality (Reality), it is described in the subjective perceptions of mothers and fathers to share the care of children, gender inequalities and the situation in families where care is shared.
