Abstract:
Práce si klade za cíl objasnit pojem kolektivní správy autorských práv k hudebním dílům. Zaznamenává vývoj této problematiky na našem uzemí, včetně právní úpravy, až po současnost.
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the description of collective administration sources and their historical development on the territory of the Czech Republic, from the “First Republic” period to the analysis and evaluation of the current enactment concerning the collective administration of intellectual property.
