Cieľom tejto dizertačnej práce je preskúmať vplyv hospodárskej krízy na vnímanie európskej identity Čechmi. Základná výskumná otázka je definovaná ako: „Zmenilo sa vnímanie európskej identity v Českej republike v čase hospodárskej krízy a aké boli hlavné motívy tejto zmeny?“ Túto otázku analyzujem na troch rôznych úrovniach - na úrovni politických strán, politických predstaviteľov a občanov.
