Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci je věnována pozornost předvším systému odměňování, metodám odměňování pracovníků a zaměstnaneckým benefitům. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy dané problematiky, dále je v práci popsána motivace, pracovní motivace a stimulace.
