Diplomová práce „Úředník očima klienta“ posuzuje významné aspekty ovlivňující vztahy mezi úředníky a jejich klienty. Úvodní kapitoly pojednávají o prostředí veřejné správy, kde vedle normativních předpokladů hrají významnou roli také morální a etické aspekty.
