Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl odhadnout tržní hodnotu závodu Poděbradka, a.s. ke dni 31.12. 2013. Práce je rozdělena do dvou logických celků -- části teoretické a praktické. Část teoretická obecně popisuje principy, teorie a obecně uznávané způsoby oceňování závodů dle metod užívaných v České republice i ve světě. The aim of this thesis is to estimate the market value of czech soft drink producing company Poděbradka, a.s. to the date of 31rd December 2013. The thesis is divided to two logical units -- theoretical and practical.
