Onkogen Mdm2 je hlavním negativním regulátorem nádorového supresoru p53. Tato práce se blíže věnuje popisu dvou nově identifikovaných vazebných partnerů Mdm2, které svou interakcí mohou ovlivnit jak degradační aktivitu Mdm2 vůči p53, tak jiné procesy odehrávající se v buňce. Abstract:
The Mdm2 oncogene is a major negative regulator of the p53 tumour suppressor. This thesis focuses on the analysis of two newly identified binding partners of Mdm2 that migh influence not only the activity of Mdm2 towards p53, but also other cellular processes.
