Abstract:

Absolventská práce je zaměřena na problematiku udržení partnerských vztahů seniorů v pobytových zařízeních. Cílem práce je zjistit pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu, jak senioři udržují partnerské či manželské vztahy nebo navazují nové vztahy v kontextu konkrétního pobytového zařízení sociálních služeb a jaká je připravenost zařízení reagovat na potřeby uživatelů s tím spojené. Teoretická část obsahuje vymezení pojmů: stárnutí, stáří, problematika manželství seniorů, ovdovění, nová partnerství seniorů, sexualita ve stáří, péče o seniory, sociální služby pro seniory, sociální služba domov pro seniory a sociální služba domov se zvláštním režimem, které se vztahují k tématu práce a představují podklad pro výzkumnou část práce. Výzkumná část obsahuje popis vybrané metody, představuje výzkum, uskutečněný v prostředí konkrétního pobytového zařízení pro seniory a interpretaci zjištění z rozhovorů s komunikačními partnery. Výsledky výzkumného šetření jsou uvedeny v závěrečném shrnutí a prezentovány v závěru práce, kde jsou také uvedeny možné přínosy.

Abstract:

The graduate work is focused on the issue of maintaining seniors' relationships in residential facilities. The aim of the thesis is to find out by qualitative research how seniors maintain partnerships or marriages or establish new relationships in the context of a particular residential social service facility and what is the readiness of the facility to respond to the needs of the connected users. The theoretical part includes the definitions of aging, old age, issues of marriage of seniors, widowhood, new partnerships of seniors, sexuality in old age, seniors care, social services for the elderly, social service home for seniors and social service homes with special regime related to of the thesis and represent the basis for the research part of the thesis. The research part contains a description of the selected method, represents the research carried out in the environment of a specific residential facility for seniors and the interpretation of findings from interviews with communication partners. The results of the research are presented in the final summary and presented at the end of the paper, where possible benefits are also reported.
