Záměrem této práce je komparace odvětvové struktury a bezpečnosti regionu v Pardubickém a Plzeňském kraji. Diplomová práce se dělí na pět částí. V první části je všeobecně definováno podnikatelské prostředí a základní funkce IZS se zaměřením na HZS. Druhá část popisuje metodiku komparace Pardubického a Plzeňského kraje. The objective of the present thesis is to compare the sectoral structure and the security of the Pardubice and the Plzeň Regions. The master's thesis is subdivided into five parts.
