Mobbing and bossing in corporate environment

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je prostřednictvím vlastního šetření zjistit, v jakých formách se v podnicích vyskytuje mobbing a bossing a jaké jsou jejich projevy. Práce teoreticky vymezuje definici obou pojmů, jejich příčiny, důsledky nejen pro oběti ale i pro celý podnik, jak probíhá mobbingový proces a jací aktéři v něm figurují. Dále popisuje druhy prevence a možnosti řešení, včetně řešení právní cestou. Práce je doplněna o analytickou část složenou z analýzy dat získaných vlastním výzkumem a případové studie z konkrétní organizace.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor theses is to identify, through its own research, what forms mobbing and bossing occur in companies and what are their manifestations. The work theoretically defines the definitions of both terms, their causes, consequences not only for the victims but also for the whole company, how the mobbing process takes place and what actors figure in it. It also describes the types of prevention and possible solutions, including law solutions. The work is supplemented by an analytical part consisting of the analysis of data obtained by own research and a case study in a factual organization.
