Abstract:
Tato práce popisuje informační a komunikační kanály a systémy ve vybrané obci, a to jak ze strany nabídky, tzn. úředníků obce, tak ze strany poptávky, tzn. občanů. Práce obsahuje postup pro řešení této problematiky, který se skládá z analýzy a vyhodnocení získaných dat. Výstupem práce jsou návrhy na zlepšení s ohledem na problematiku bezpečnosti.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with information and communication channels and systems in the selected municipality, both from the supply side, i.e. municipal officials, as well as from the demand side, i.e. citizens. The thesis contains a procedure for solving this issue, which consists of the analysis and evaluation of the obtained data.
