Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá pojistnou smlouvou. Cílem práce je analyzovat problematiku pojišťovnictví, konkrétně pojistné smlouvy. Vedle stručného historického vývoje, je specifikována platná právní úprava, dále rozbor pojistné smlouvy. Následuje vymezení pojistného trhu a subjektů, které v tomto oboru působí.
