Diplomová práce je zaměřena na studium transdukce genů kódujících rezistenci k antimikrobiálním látkám a těžkým kovům mezi druhy rodu Staphylococcus. Geny pro rezistenci k antibiotikům nebo geny pro faktory virulence se mohou přenášet nejen z generace na generaci, ale i mezi vzájemně nepříbuznými organismy horizontálním přenosem genů (HGT). Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on the study of transduction of genes encoding resistance to antibiotics and heavy metals within various species of genus Staphylococcus. Genes for resistance to antibiotics or genes for factors of virulence can be transferred not only from generation to generation but also between non-related organisms by horizontal gene transfer (HGT).
