Dokumentace rány je nedílnou součástí zdravotnické dokumentace u pacientů s nehojící se ránou. Má význam forenzní i medicínský. The documentation of wounds is an essential part of medical documentation regarding patients with non-healing wounds. It is of both forensic and medical significance.
