Analysis of the Czech Republic Administrative Justice Efficiency
Abstract:
Cílem práce je analýza efektivity správního soudnictví v České republice prostřednictvím základních ukazatelů užívaných Evropskou unií a mezinárodními organizacemi pro hodnocení efektivity soudnictví a měření úrovně právního státu. Komparováno bude správní soudnictví v České republice a vybrané evropské zemi. Výsledky budou syntetizovány a v případě potřeby doporučeny úpravy de lege ferenda.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to analyse the effectiveness of the administrative justice system in the Czech Republic through the basic indicators used by the European Union and international organisations to assess the effectiveness of the judiciary and measure the level of the rule of law.
