Collective labor relations
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the development of collective labour relations. The first chapter focuses on the theoretical interpretation of labour law. The second chapter is devoted to the functioning of collective labour relations on the basis of Labour Code.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá rozvojom kolektívnych pracovných vzťahov. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na teoretický výklad pracovného práva. Druhá kapitola je zameraná na fungovanie kolektívnych pracovných vzťahov na základe Zákonníka práce. Tretia kapitola je zameraná na vývoj kolektívnych vzťahov v štátoch Európskej únie.
