Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zjištění aktuálního nastavení podnikového systému vzdělávání u společnosti RESPECT a. s., sídlící v Praze. Úvodní část práce je souhrn informací sloužící k objasnění základní odborné teorie z oblasti firemního vzdělávání a seznámení se s pojmy jako jsou motivace vzdělávání se, hodnocení vzdělávacích akcí a celkové faktory ovlivňující výsledky vzdělávání. Cílem této práce je na základě provedené analýzy firemního vzdělávání vybraného podniku naznačit možné způsoby zvýšení efektivity systému. Ve shodě s cílem práce byly prvotně stanoveny výzkumné otázky. Součástí výzkumného šetření byla analýza interních dokumentů, zrealizovali jsme rozhovor s personální ředitelkou společnosti, která je odpovědnou osobou za nastavení firemního vzdělávání a uskutečnilo se dotazníkové šetření, které bylo určeno zvlášť pro vedoucí pracovníky a řadové zaměstnance. K analýze získaných informací jsme použili matematicko-statistických metod. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků jsme společnosti navrhli opatření, která by mohla přispět ke zvýšení efektivnosti vzdělávacího systému. Navržené kroky se týkaly motivace zaměstnanců ke vzdělávání, hodnocení vzdělávacích akcí ze strany vedení ale také nadřízených, použitých metod vzdělávání a oblast rozvoje a podpory vedoucích pozic.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on finding the current settings of the corporate education system at RESPECT, a. s., based in Prague. The introductory part of the thesis is a summary of information used to clarify basic professional theory in the field of corporate education and to get acquainted with concepts such as motivation of education, evaluation of educational events and overall factors influencing the results of education. The aim of this thesis is to suggest possible ways of increasing the efficiency of the education system based on the analysis of the company education of the selected company. In accordance with the aim of the work, research questions were initially set. A part of the research was an analysis of internal documents, we conducted an interview with the HR Director of the company, who is responsible for setting up corporate training and a questionnaire survey was carried out, which was specifically designed for managers and employees. We used mathematical-statistical methods to analyze the information obtained. Based on the identified shortcomings, we have proposed measures that could help increase the effectiveness of the education system. The proposed steps concerned employee motivation to education, evaluation of training actions by management, but also superior, used methods of education and development and support of leadership positions.
