Psychological-managerial aspects of home office

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá psychologicko-manažerskými aspekty práce na home office, jako je domácí pracovní prostředí, stres při práci z domova nebo produktivita při práci z domova. V první části této práce jsou tyto aspekty teoreticky vydefinovány, včetně vydefinování základních pojmů spojených s prací na home office. Druhá část obsahuje výsledky analýzy dotazníkového průzkumu, který mapuje současný stav práce na home office. V části doporučení jsem na základě výsledků uvedla několik opatření, které mohou pomoci k lepšímu nastavení práce na home office. V závěru jsem shrnula dosažené výsledky.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the psychological-managerial aspects of home of-fice, such as the work environment at home, stress when working from home or productivity when working from home. In the first part of this work, these aspects are theoretically defined, including the definition of basic terms related to home office. The second part contains the results of an analysis of a questionnaire survey that maps the current state of working from home office. In the recommendation part I mentioned several measures based on the results that can help to improve working from home office. In the conclusion I summarized the achieved results.
