Abstract:

ANOTACE Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku opatrovnictví z pohledu sociálního pracovníka pověřeného opatrovnictvím nesvéprávných osob. Výkon opatrovnictví je náročná práce, která si plně zasluhuje pomoc a podporu veřejnosti. Na základě empirického výzkumu, který je součástí práce, jsem poznala, že sociální pracovníci mají k dispozici málo prostředků, které by jim napomáhaly vykonávat opatrovnictví co nejlépe. Chybí právní normy, které by se touto problematikou konkrétně zabývaly, Většina obcí nedisponuje žádnou metodikou nebo základními pravidly pro tuto práci a vzdělávání pracovníků v tomto oboru je minimální. Snahou práce je proto upozornit na tyto nedostatky a zvýšit zájem o tuto problematiku.

Abstract:

ANNOTATION My disertation for Master Degree is focused on problems of guardian ship from the point of view of a social worker who is entrusted with guardian ship of an person. The act of guardian ship is a demanding job, which fully deserves help and support of public, although the guardian ship of irresponsible people is a social theme the expert public is not interested in very much. On the basis of the empiric research which is a part of my disertation, I found out that social workers involved in guardian ship do not have enough means that would help them to execute guardian ship as good as possible. There are some laws missing related particularly to these certain problems. Most of municipalities do not have any methodics or basic rules for this work and education of workers in this branch is minimal. The goal of my disertation is to draw attention to in sufficiencies and increase the interest of these problems.
