Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá bakteriemi, které jsou považovány za patogenní mikroflóru parodontu. Zaměřuje se hlavně na bakterie \kur{Treponema denticola}, \kur{Tannerella forsythia}, \kur{Porphyromonas gingivalis} vyvolávající chronickou parodontitidu a \kur{Actinomyces actinomycetemcomitans}, která je původcem agresivní parodontitidy. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with bacteria that are considered as pathogenic periodontal microflora. It focuses mainly on the bacteria \kur{Treponema denticola}, \kur{Tannerella forsythia}, \kur{Porphyromonas gingivalis} causing chronic periodontitis and \kur{Actinomyces actinomycetemcomitans}, which is the causative agent of aggressive periodontitis.
