Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a výrobou pulzního měniče pro regulaci výkonu stejnosměrné zátěže. Výkonový spínací prvek tvoří tranzistor MOSFET karbidu křemíku. Práce dále obsahuje elektrická měření na tomto výrobku, měření pulzních měničů s příbuznými výkonovými spínacími prvky používanými při generování pulzní šířkové modulace a jejich vzájemné porovnání.Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with designing and production chopper for DC load power control. Power switching component is used transistor MOSFET silicon carbide. This work also includes electrical measurements of this component, measurements similar power switching components and comparison transistors for generation pulse width modulation.
