Motivace jako stimul efektivního řízení vybraného podniku

Abstract:

Je důležité, aby podnik správně fungoval a dosahoval svých podnikových cílů. Správně zvolený motivační systém je jednou z cest. Díky němu může podnik dosáhnout zvýšení potenciálu svých zaměstnanců a jejich aktivního přístupu k řešení problémů. Znalost motivačních technik může manažerům napomoci v řízení svých podřízených a díky správnému použití těchto technik dokáže manažer své podřízené motivovat k co nejefektivnějšímu plnění stanovených cílů. V této práci se seznámíme s nejznámějšími motivačními teoriemi. Některé z nich nebyly doposud potvrzeny, přesto se s nimi setkáváme snad v každé učebnici managementu a jsou všeobecně uznávány. Neméně důležitou částí této práce jsou motivační techniky založené na pracovních typech pracovníků a motivační benefity, které mohou mít podobu peněžní či nepeněžní. Výzkum motivačních technik proběhl ve společnosti E.ON Česká republika, s. r. o., která je členem skupiny E.ON Czech Holding AG. Zkoumala jsem úroveň motivačních technik ve společnosti, a jak jsou s touto úrovní spokojeni samotní zaměstnanci.

Abstract:

It is of value that the business can operate effectively and reach their business goals. The correctly chosen motivation system is the one of the way. It enables to achieve an increasing potentional of their employees and their active approach to solve problems. The knowledge of motivation techniques can assist managers in managing their subordinates and thanks to right using of this techniques a manager can motivate his subordinates to the most effective realizing of established the objectives. In this work we introduce the best- known motivation theories. Some of them haven´t been confirm yet but we might meet them in every textbook of management and they are widely recognized. Motivation techniques based on the types of workers and motivation benefits which can be cash or noncash are another important part of this work. The research of motivation techniques was realized in E.ON Czech Republic, Ltd. which is a member of E.ON Czech Holding AG. I have examined the level of motivation techniques and how employees are satisfied with the level of motivation.
