Magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá názvy Země, Slunce, Měsíce a dalšími vybranými lexémy s nimi souvisejícími. Jádrem práce je nastínění jazykového vývoje zvolených názvů, a to od nejstarších zmínek v indoevropských jazycích až po současnost. The master´s thesis deals with the names of the Earth, Sun and Moon, and other selected lexemes related to them. The main part of the thesis outlines the linguistic development of the selected names, from the earliest references in Indo-European languages to the present.
