Bakalářská práce se zabývá tvorbou a využitím plánů a rozpočtů k řízení podniku. Konkrétně charakterizuje systém plánů a rozpočtů a posuzuje jejich význam, popisuje nedostatky tradičního přístupu a uvádí další metody plánování a rozpočtování.
