Diplomová práce je zaměřena na systém státní sociální podpory a jeho právní úpravu v České republice. Shrnuje cíle a účel systému, definuje základní pojmy, vyhodnocuje účelnost a efektivnost. The thesis is focused on state social support system and its legal form in the Czech Republic. It summarizes goals and purpose of the system, defines fundamental concepts, evaluates purposefulness and effectiveness. It also concerns with related institute – social security scheme.
