Goal of this Bachelor thesis is show problematics conflict solving in the family through social and legal protection of state. Bachelor thesis is showing what conflict is and how to solve him. There are also described few types victims of domestic violence. One part of thesis is focused on jealousy. Jealousy has blamed on conflicts.
