Abstract:

V teoretické části této diplomové práce jsou ve formě rešerše zpracována témata zabývající se problematikou degradace a biodegradace vybraných polymerních materiálů, jako jsou polyethylen, kyselina polymléčná a kasein. Dále je popsáno i téma zpracování fólií z polymerních materiálů. Experimentální část se nejprve zaměřuje na charakterizaci výchozích materiálů a přípravu zkušebních tělísek z komerčně dostupných polymerů. Další část je věnována charakterizaci degradačních prostředí. V poslední části práce jsou popsány a vyhodnoceny změny vlastností způsobené degradačními procesy.

Abstract:

In the theoretical part of this master thesis, the topics dealing with degradation and biodegradation of selected polymeric materials such as polyethylene, polylactic acid and casein are processed in the form of research. The topic of polymeric film processing is also described. The experimental part first focuses on the characterization of starting materials and the preparation of test specimens from commercially available polymers. Second part is devoted to the characterization of degradation environments. The last part of the thesis describes and evaluates the changes in properties caused by degradation processes.
