China IPR protection and World Trade Organization

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis represents World Trade Organization (WTO) and role of China in it. It includes the IPR protection, definition and types, where is expresses the advantages of the specific organization to the World economy. China is one of the successful countries with the fastest growing market in the World Trade Organization and the largest producer of consumer goods in the world. The relative comparison of China to USA is measured. The correlation between GDP of China and violation of Property Rights (PR) in years from 2006 to 2015 is tested. The null hypothesis is tested. The Analysis of Regression is used. Currently, Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) has become one of the hottest, most significant challenges of trade agreements. Despite the extended demand that IPRs support study activities and inspire technology broadcast, the influence of IPRs on socio-economic evolution process of developing countries has apparently reflected in many fields, including health, agriculture and education. IPRs will not fluctuate to continue to have a significant effect on developing countries for many years to come.
