Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou zákonů, které upravují přístup občanů k informacím ve veřejné správě v ČR. Je zaměřena na pojem informace, základy práva na informace, na historický vývoj z hlediska mezinárodního vlivu a na právní vztahy v dané problematice.
