Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá modernými spôsobmi hodnotenia výkonnosti podniku. V prvej kapitole sa venujeme podstate podniku, jeho efektívnosti a výkonnosti. Taktiež si objasníme jeho základné ciele a funkcie, ako aj podnikovú stratégiu, ktorá vedie k trvalej konkurenčnej výhode. Priblížime si aj jednotlivé moderné spôsoby hodnotenia výkonnosti podniku.
