Comprehensive rehabilitation after injury of soft structures of the ankle joint

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci jsou uvedeny možné postupy konzervativní, operativní a rehabilitační léčby po poranění měkkých struktur hlezenního kloubu. Je zde popsána anatomie, kineziologie, traumatologie s možnými konzervtivními a operativními postupy, a rehabilitační léčba se zaměřením na fyzikální terapii, mobilizaci, manimuplaci a senzomotorické cvičení. Důležitou roli v této problematice hraje včasná a přesná diagnostika, která je ve většině případů nedostatečná. Dále je zde popsáno několik postupů tapingu, jako preventivního opatření při rozvoji instability v hlezenním kloubu, jež vzniká v důsledku nedostatečné terapie

Abstract:

This thesis introduces possible procedures of conservative, surgical and rehabilitation therapy after injury of soft structures of the ankle joint. In contains the desription of anatomy, kinesiology, trumatology with possible conservative and surgical procedures and rehabilitation therapy focused on physiotherapy, mobilisation, manipulation and proprioceptive exercise. Timely and exact diagnostics is very important for tratment of the problems, which is mostly insufficient. Further, there is the description of several ways of taping as a preventive action againts development of instability in the ankle joint as a consequence of insufficient therapy
