Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá sexuálně trestnou činností, konkrétně: druhy sexuálních trestných činů, které jsou specifické užitím nadměrné sily ze strany pachatele, oběťmi sexuálně trestných činů včetně primární a sekundární následky pro tuto oběť, ale i pomoc oběti a práce s ní, osobou pachatele sexuálně trestných činů, ať už z pohledu pachatele nedeviantního či deviantního, ale také z pohledu …more
Abstract:
In my bachelor thesis I focused on sexual crimes which are specific by use of excessive force by a perpetrator, victims of sexual offenses included primary and secondary consequences for victims but also help and care of victims, person of a perpetrator whether from the perspective of the deviant/non-deviant perpetrator, but also from the perspective of a perpetrator’s focus on age of his victims. …more
