Tato diplomová práce se věnuje stížnosti pro porušení zákona jakožto mimořádnému opravnému prostředku v trestním řízení. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat současné postavení a využití stížnosti pro porušení zákona. Práce je členěna do čtyř částí, které jsou tvořeny kapitolami a podkapitolami. This thesis focuses on the complaint against violation of law as an extraordinary remedy in criminal proceedings. The main aim of the thesis is to analyse the current status and use of the complaint against violation of law. The thesis is divided into four parts, which are formed by chapters and subchapters.
