Tato diplomová práce se zabývá systémem měření výkonnosti konkrétní společnosti. Cílem je charakteristika výkonnosti podniku a přístupy k jejímu měření. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. První část definuje analýzu strategického prostředí, poté měření výkonnosti podniku a jako poslední přístupy k měření výkonnosti. This thesis deals with the performance measurement system of a specific company. The goal is to characterize the company's performance and approaches to its measurement. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part.
