Zhodnocení současných střešních izolací a návrh variant střešních skladeb za použití těchto izolací

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá jednotlivými variantami uložení tepelného izolantu v konstrukci střešního pláště šikmých střech. Seznamuje s možnými tepelnými izolanty pro takovýto způsob zateplení, kterými jsou klasické tepelně izolační materiály jako je minerální, skelná nebo kamenná vata, pěnový polystyren, polyuretan ale i netradiční tepelné izolace jako je pěnové sklo, ovčí vlna, konopí a celulóza. V aplikační části jsou uvedeny způsoby provádění zvolených tří variant střešního pláště. Zároveň se v aplikační části práce porovnávají a vyhodnocují prostřednictvím výpočtů v programu Teplo 2010 fyzikální vlastnosti tepelných izolantů – součinitel prostupu tepla, tepelný odpor a kondenzace. Součástí výpočtů je grafické vyhodnocení kondenzačního pásma skladby střešní konstrukce. Dále jsou porovnávány ceny tepelných izolací střešních plášťů jednotlivých výrobců a jejich produktů. Závěrečná část práce obsahuje diskuzi získaných výsledků – nejlepší součinitel prostupu tepla, nejhorší součinitel prostupu tepla, nejlevnější a nejdražší tepelná izolace, nejlepší kombinace cena/součinitel prostupu tepla, a nápravná opatření pro případ, kdy izolant nesplňuje normové požadavky – záměna za jinou tepelnou izolaci nebo zvětšení tloušťky tepelné izolace.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with individual variants of thermal insulating material placement in the construction of sloping roofed surface. It gives information about possible insulating materials for the thermally insulating which are not only classical thermal insulating materials like mineral, glass and rock wool, foam polystyrene, polyurethane but also nontraditional ones like foam glass, sheep wool, hemp and wood pulp. In the application part there are introduced ways of performance of the three variants of roofed surface. At the same time there are compared and evaluated by calculation in the program Teplo 2010 physical qualities of thermal insulating materials - heat transfer coefficient, thermal resistance and condensation. The graphical evaluation of condensation zone of the roof construction is a part of the application part of the work. The following part compares prices of thermal insulating materials of sloping roofs produced by individual producers. The final part of the thesis contains discussion of results - the best heat transfer coefficient, the worst heat transfer coefficient, the cheapest and the most expensive thermal insulating material, the best combination of price and heat transfer coefficient, and corrective actions for the reason when a thermal insulating material does not meet norm conditions – using other thermal insulating material or enlargement of thickness of thermal insulating material.
