Abstract:

Ve své diplomové práci, která se zaměřuje na horní právo Karlovarského kraje v 16. století, jsem se čtenáři pokusila přiblížt nejvýraznější mezníky tohoto století, které je nejen z historického hlediska zajímavé a podnětné. Cílem mé práce je vyzvižení horního práva a důkazu, že má své nezastupitelné míso v teorii i praxi na teritoriu České republiky.

Abstract:

In my diploma thesis, which focuses on the mining law in the Carlsbad regin in the 16th century, I tried to describe the most important milestones of that century to the reader. Each mining town had its period of the growth, expansion and deterioration. The aim of this thesis was to point out the minig law, emphasizing that it has its irreplaceable place in the law theory and praxis in the Czech Republic territory.
