Práce se zaměřuje na využívání kariérového poradenství jako nástroje k uplatnění jedince na trhu práce. Poukazuje na význam práce pro člověka. Upozorňuje na problematickou situaci znevýhodněných jedinců v pracovním prostředí. The work focuses on the use of career counseling as a tool to apply an individual in the labor market. He points out the importance of work for man. It draws attention to the problematic situation of disadvantaged individuals in the work environment.
