Práce je zaměřena na vývoj hokejové mládeže v menších městech. Jde o menší kluby, které hrají Krajskou ligu mužů Královéhradeckého kraje. Hlavním cílem je zjistit jaká je kvalita těchto klubů z hlediska trenérského štábu a zázemí. Do jaké míry jsou rodiče dětí informováni o podpoře ČSLH do těchto klubů. The bachelor thesis deals with development of hockey youth in small towns. These are small clubs that play in the Regional Men's League of the Hradec Králové Region. The main goal is to find out what is the quality of these clubs in terms of coaching staff and facilities.
