Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zefektivnění managementu Charity Hrabyně, neziskové organizace. Cílem práce je: - eliminace nedostatků v řízení Charity Hrabyně - využití nových technik, nástrojů, které přispějí k efektivnímu dosahování cílů a jejich implementace - vytvoření ucelené efektivní koncepce managementu organizace

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the streamlining of management of the Charity Hrabyně, non-profit organization. The aim of the thesis is: - eliminate the deficiencies in management of the Charity Hrabyně - use of new techniques and tools that will contribute to effective achieving of goals and their implementation - establish the effective conception of the management of the organization
