Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem testování použitelnosti komerčních webových stránek. Cílem práce je zjistit a porovnat míru uživatelské přívětivosti dvou webových obchodů s prodejem jízdenek meziměstských spojů, a to společností RegioJet a FlixBus. This diploma thesis deals with the topic of usability testing of commercial websites. The aim of the thesis is to determine and compare the user-friendliness of two web shops selling tickets for intercity connections, namely RegioJet and FlixBus.
