Abstract:
Tato práce obsahuje a analyzuje práva, povinnosti a odpovědnosti členů statutárních orgánů akciové společnosti, jejich jednání a řízení akciové společnosti. Dále práce sleduje a analyzuje komunikaci v krizovém období a přináší celkový rozbor a přehled o představenstvu akciové společnosti jako takovém a dále jejím jednáním ve vztahu k public relations.
Abstract:
This work contains and analyses tha laws, duties and responsibilities of members of statutar organs of joint-stock companies, their negotiations and control of joint-stock company. Furthermore the work watches and analyses communication in the crisis period and brings total analyse and survey about the board of joint-stock company in itself and furthermore about its negotiaton in the relationship to …more
