Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem institutu voleb do zastupitelstev obcí v České republice. Cílem práce je poskytnout v rámci jejího rozsahu pokud možno co nejkomplexnější pohled na problematiku těchto voleb. Práce je rozčleněna do šesti kapitol, úvodu a závěru. This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the institute of elections to municipal councils in the Czech Republic.
