Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na Strategický management Magistrátu města Hradce Králové. Cílem této práce je shromáždit teoretické poznatky a aplikovat je v praktické části na příkladu strategického managementu Magistrátu města Hradce Králové. A následné zhodnocení pozitivních a negativních aspektů.
Abstract:
This Bachalor`s work is about Strategic Management of the Hradec Králové Municipality. The target is to asseble the teoretic knowladge and apply them to practic part of my work on the example of strategic management of the Hradec Králové Municipality. Finally, find potives and negatives.
