Táto práca sa zaoberá detskou delikvenciou z právneho a psychologického hľadiska. Po vysvetlení základných pojmov, autorka pristupuje k vymedzeniu typických rysov osobnosti páchateľa a vybraných faktorov delikventného chovania. Následne podchytáva právnu úpravu v Českej republike.
