Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je prostudovat a sjednotit všechny dostupné literární zdroje pojednávající o terpenických látkách. Ke studiu jsem použila odrůdy: Muškát moravský, Muškát žlutý, Muškát Ottonel, Irsai Oliver, Tramín červený, Mery a Lena. U těchto odrůd jsou posouzeny koncentrace terpenických látek. Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis is to study and unify all available literary sources dealing with terpenic substances. For the study I used the varieties: Muškát moravský, Muškát žlutý, Muškát Ottonel, Irsai Oliver, Tramín červený, Mery and Lena.
