Práce se zabývá analýzou krizových procesů platební neschopnosti, úpadku a likvidace podnikatelského subjektu podle platné právní úpravy v České republice. The paper provides an analysis of insolvency, bankruptcy and liquidation of a company from the legislative point of view according to the Czech legislation currently in force. At first the study describes and explains necessary terminology and then it outlines a history of insolvency and bankruptcy law on the territory of Czech Republic since industrial revolution to the present.
