Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je poukázání na dopady nových sociálních rizik na střední vrstvu obyvatel České republiky a uvědomění si naléhavosti řešit tuto situaci. Jedná se o teoretickou práci, která v několika kapitolách komplexně popisuje, analyzuje a komparativně srovnává pojmy daného tématu. V průběhu a v samotném závěru práce je kriticky nahlíženo na soudobou společnost, trendy, vládní reformy, které podněcující vznik a prohlubování nových sociálních rizik. Rovněž z práce vyplývá provázanost vzniku postindustriální společnosti a souběžného úpadku sociálního státu, zabezpečení a pojištění.

Abstract:

The target of my diploma is to show the impact of new social risks to the middle class in the Czech Republic and to create awareness of the urgency to solve this situation. It is a theoretical work which comprehensively describes, analyzes and compares the conception of a chosen topic in a structure of chapters. In the main part, as well as in the conclusion, the main focus is on contemporary society, trends and government reform, which stimulate the formation and deepening of new social risks. The research also results from the combined effects of a post-industrial society and the simultaneous failure of the welfare state, security and insurance
